OUR BACKGROUND

National Hospitality Management is a full-service hospitality company providing management, development, acquisition and accounting for the hospitality industry. Founded by Daniel S. Coletti, over the past thirty years development has been the leading catalyst in the success of his organization, El Rancho West, Sun West Custom Homes and Sun West Commercial. It began with the development of award winning custom homes and quickly followed by the development of commercial retail strips, professional office parks, medical office buildings, industrial parks, casinos and hotels.

The development of hotels began in the early 2000’s with the acquisition and rebranding of a Fairfield Inn located in Tucson, Arizona. The next project was the Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas Strip South, the development of the site, construction and opening was all facilitated by Daniel Coletti. Future development included the Hampton Inn Las Vegas North Speedway by Hilton and the SpringHill Suites Las Vegas North Speedway by Marriott. Daniel S. Coletti is the principal partner, having now formed National Hospitality Management, it will allow for the complete cycle of design, development, and daily management of each asset.
