National Hospitality Management, founded by Daniel Coletti and Shawn Delaney in 2012, is a full-service hospitality company providing management, development, acquisition and accounting for the hospitality industry. Daniel Coletti, over the past thirty years development has been the leading catalyst in the success of his organization, El Rancho West, Sun West Custom Homes and Sun West Commercial. It began with the development of award-winning custom homes and was quickly followed by the development of commercial retail strips, professional office parks, medical office buildings, industrial parks, casinos and hotels.

Hotel development began in the early 2000s with the acquisition and rebranding of a Fairfield Inn in Tucson, Arizona. The next project was the Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas Strip South, the development of the site, construction and opening was all facilitated by Daniel Coletti. Future development included the Hampton Inn Las Vegas North Speedway by Hilton and the SpringHill Suites Las Vegas North Speedway by Marriott. We initially relied on third party management to manage our hotels and quickly realized we should manage our own hotels. This sparked the forming of National Hospitality Management, it will allow for the complete cycle of design, development and daily management of each asset.
